Also referred to as ‘This Is What You Called Love’, this is considered the first of the ‘Relationship Paintings’ and the only one which has never been painted over. This piece is named after the song ‘Murder On My Mind’ made popular by recording artist YNW Melly. While the artist was engaged to a previous lover, she experienced emotional and mental hardships that lead to thoughts of suicide.
